• Outside Sales Representative

  The Wright’s Printing Sales Representative must be dynamic with a strong knowledge of the marketing industry to sell our marketing services and our offset and digital printing. This person must also be knowledgeable and able to sell digital services such as social media, SEM and SEO. Candidate must be a hard worker, strong negotiator, detail oriented with the proven track record of closing sales.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote our marketing services by demonstrating how they will benefit the marketing efforts of existing and targeted companies
  • Build strong customer relations by processing orders efficiently and in a timely manner
  • Develop new business by cold calling and networking
  • Maintain and grow existing customers through proactive campaigns
  • Manage the selling process from new client identification, closing and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Negotiate and drive new business to achieve established goals

  
  

  Requirements:

  • Successful outside sales experience with 7+ years within the marketing industry
  • Ability to tailor marketing plans for a variety of businesses in various industries
  • Familiar with digital marketing including SEM, SEO and banner advertisements
  • Knowledgeable on social media marketing for business
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Business professional with high integrity
  • Microsoft Office literate
  • Ability to negotiate and close business

• Customer Service Representative

  The Wright’s Printing team’s CSRs play an integral part in our production process as well as maintaining great customer relationships. The CSR must have a good eye for quality and is very detail oriented. He or she must also be able to juggle several projects at once and meet deadlines consistently.

  Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide in-house support for sales representatives
  • Effectively communicate with customers and sales representatives about jobs
  • Oversee jobs to ensure all requirements and deadlines are met to customer satisfaction
  • Communicate with customers on a daily basis
  • Generate job tickets within our eticket system
  • Provide logistics, shipping and receiving support

  
  

  Qualifications

  • Customer service experience in the printing or marketing industry preferable
  • Above proficiency level with all Microsoft products
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work alone or with a team
  • Must be able to multi-task
