After playing football at the University of Texas El Paso and completing his degree at Sam Houston State University, Richard soon began the reprints business with his father. He also owns the successful Wright's Media; a full-service content licensing firm.
Richard's key to success is to define his vision, hire and develop the best industry leaders and empower them to lead and build their teams. In his spare time Richard lends his insight and expertise to organizations like the Economic Development Partnership of The Woodlands and the new Intercontinental Chamber of Commerce. Outside work, Richard enjoys bird hunting, salt water fishing and spending quality time with his wife and three children. He is also active in local charities both personally and professionally.
Scott has over twenty-five years of broad corporate and financial consulting experience. He graduated from the the University of Missouri - St. Louis and is a certified public accountant. Scott has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, business strategy and negotiations.
He has worked for several large corporations such as Quanta Services, Dynegy and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he led and participated in several acquisitions and created and implemented strategic initiatives. His abilities to identify business opportunities and navigate through acquisition and start-up processes are assets to our clients.
David brings over 33 years of printing experience with him to Wright’s. Beginning at age 10, David worked to unload direct mail for railroad cars. He earned his way up into the pressroom as color lead by the age of 21. As a fourth generation printing professional, David clearly has the knowledge and experience our clients expect and deserve.
His favorite part of his job is the friendships he’s developed over the years with his clients. Outside the office, he enjoys time with his wife and 3 grandkids. Also, relaxing and hunting in the Texas Hill Country.
Matt has over 30 years’ experience working in the printing industry. Recently transitioning from the press room to project management, Matt has learned how to anticipate and meet client needs throughout the strategy, ordering and fulfillment process.
His favorite part about his job is working closely with his clients and seeing them succeed.
Angela has spent her career in advertising and marketing leading brands ranging from destinations, resorts and hotel/casinos to real estate, retail and consumer packaged goods. The later portion of her career has been spent assisting B2B clients develop brand and messaging strategies integrated with digital campaigns.
Her primary focus at Wright's is leading the agency's team and clients in brand strategy, business development and account management. Prior to Wright's, Angela was an independent marketing consultant in Houston for clients in oil & gas, commercial real estate development, residential real estate, packaged goods and fitness.
She has worked with brands for Kraft Foods, Inc. in Glenview, IL as an Account Director for Baker Branding & Design based in Minneapolis, for shopping centers across the country as Account Director for General Growth Properties and as Director of Strategic Planning for Nevada's largest agency, R&R Partners. She received a B.A. in Communications with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah.
Merideth is a graduate of Stephen F. Austin State University and has over 14 years of marketing and promotions experience. Before joining Wright's Printing & Marketing, she designed and created training materials, branding standards, and marketing strategies for companies across several industries. This diverse experience has given her a unique understanding of the messages that best resonate with different audiences, how to create effective campaigns, and the steps needed to close deals.
As our sales and marketing representative, Merideth brings a passion for helping businesses grow, strengthening both the organizations and the communities they serve. In this role she will build business relationships in the area to better understand their marketing needs, then recommend solutions to grow their sales.
Wright's Printing is known for having a deep bench, and Arthur is another great example. Prior to joining Wright's in 2016, his career took him through all areas of print production. Arthur has directed operations at several digital print plants, scheduling shifts and job production while managing inventory with his vendors. Later, he jumped to the client service side, managing a large customer service department and refining its procedures to improve delivery, quality and customer satisfaction. Arthur is also well schooled in the technology of modern print operations. After he finally came to his senses and moved to Texas, Arthur worked for two large fulfillment companies in Houston before starting with Wright's. He is a hands-on, self-starter who knows the ropes - exactly what a Wright's customer needs.
